Eat healthy food to fit in with your life style gold:
- Eat a variety of nutritional foods
- Make sure to eat your five plus a day. e.g fruits and vegetables of your choice
- Eat a lot of bread preferably wholegrain brand, rice, pasta or noodles including
- Lean meat Fish, and other alternatives
- First choice of drink water then milk
Be mind full:
- Limit your intake on saturated fat eat in moderation
- Eat food that are low in salt
- Cut back on you alcohol when drinking
- Less eating on foods containing lot of sugar
Additional advice:
- Breakfast the most important meal of the day it's a must
- Eat slowly and take your time. Get up early
Other important factors: A regular exercises and food intake is evenly important it gives you the balance for healthy body and weight. Only 30minutes of physical activities a day. However you can spread it out in the day. e.g walking to the shop, mailbox, hanging up your washing, doing house work or what ever life style you have.
